My Story
Deciding on nutrition for a career was easy, and I've never looked back. I received a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from Virginia Tech followed by diplomas in Culinary Arts and Culinary Management from the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan. During my studies, I took a special interest in local foods and sustainability and continue to incorporate cooking with seasonal ingredients and simple recipes in my practice today.

Since obtaining my RD, I worked as an inpatient hospital dietitian, provided group education classes for diabetes management, taught educational seminars in both the school and hospital environment, and worked as lead dietitian for the multi-disciplinary Center for Bariatric Surgery and Metabolic Medicine at University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro.

In 2015, with two small children, I opened my first practice in Freehold, NJ. Much has happened since then, including a move to Long Valley and the addition of two more children, and I've learned so much along the way! Today my sessions incorporate a more holistic approach to health and longevity that includes not only nutrition and cooking education but fitness, sleep, and lifestyle balance.

When I'm not in the office you can find me going on adventures with my family, homeschooling, working out, cooking, knitting, and gardening!
