The fresh start Philosophy

 

Everyone loves a clean slate, a fresh start.  The problem with that is life is messy.  One of of the biggest barriers I see when working with clients is an unattainable desire for perfection.  They think if they slip up they’ve ruined all their hard work, so they throw in the towel and vow to start fresh tomorrow.  "Tomorrow" often turns into next week... next month...next year...

 

But it doesn't have to be that way!  The good news is: 

Every second of every day is an opportunity to start fresh!
